1. Final Sale Policy
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or transfers will be allowed for personal changes of plans or scheduling conflicts.

2. Event Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the organizer:
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take up to 14-30 business days depending on bank processing.

3. Event Rescheduling
If an event is rescheduled:
• Your existing ticket will remain valid.
• You may request a refund within 7 days of the new date announcement if unable to attend.

4. Failed Transactions or Overcharges
If you are charged more than once or encounter a failed payment:
• Contact us within 7 days with proof of transaction.
• We will verify and process eligible refunds accordingly.
