Exhibition Opportunities
On-site display, promotion, and engagement
Exhibitor Appearance
All exhibitors will have their organisation’s name and a brief description (up to 50 words) featured on the event website and in the ICMLP Programme Book. Each booth includes two complimentary Exhibitor Badges, valid from 9th to 11th September 2025. Badge holders will have access to the exhibition area and may attend both the Opening and Closing ceremonies.
Exhibition Hours
The exhibition will run from 9th September (Tuesday) to 11th September (Thursday) 2025, from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. daily.
Booth Selection
Exhibition booths available for lease will be allocated on first-come, first-served basis. The minimum available booth size is 9 square meters (10’x10’).
A: 20’x20’ – PAVILION BOOTH (PV)
B: 20’X10’ – PREMIER BOOTH (PB)
C: 10’X10’ – STANDARD BOOTH (SB)
Location Setup
The exhibition booths will be located at Persada Johor International Convention Centre. You can expect high foot traffic from delegates throughout the 3-day conference. Other attractions include a networking dinner and a complimentary port visit.
